KIME’s location inside Sacramento Sports Center completes one of the top baseball training facilities on the West Coast. The facility boasts 10 batting cages and throwing lanes, an open strength and conditioning floor, and our physical therapy space. We work in conjunction with the coaches at Optimum Athletes and the SSC coaches to evaluate players and develop their potential while reducing injury risk.
SSC is Northern California’s Professional Baseball Instruction and Training Authority. Centrally located near Cal Expo at 1600 Tribute Road in Sacramento, we welcome athletes age 9 and up to try out for our travel baseball teams. Our indoor facility offers 21,000 square feet of thoughtfully planned training space. We offer six 55′ hitting tunnels, four 70’ multi-use hitting/pitching tunnels equipped with HitTrax, video analysis, radar, and blast motion technology.
